Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage VIP membership enrollment and welcome new and regular members.
  • •Provide VIP concierge services, including arranging reservations/confirmations and coordinating dining, wellbeing, entertainment, and off-premise activities.
  • •Conduct pre-arrival calls, personalize visits based on member profiles/preferences, and protect member data under full confidentiality.
  • •Maintain a peaceful, service-friendly lounge environment and oversee lounge areas, including F&B service and housekeeping-related management.
  • •Manage lounge service bookings (venue preparation and payment management) and coordinate with in-lounge service providers for requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/tourism or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 4 years progressive experience in hospitality, preferably in front desk and/or concierge roles.
