Key Responsibilities

•Ensure commercial loan servicing is performed accurately and efficiently to meet customer SLAs and productivity/quality metrics.
•Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks while following defined policies and procedures.
•Assist with internal/external audits and control testing (SOX Testing, RCSA, Business Controls) and remediation/issue resolution.
•Coordinate wire initiation for the servicing department and process complex transactions with potential high customer and bank impact.
•Recommend operational procedure improvements focused on automation and efficiency, and support peak volume across commercial servicing teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
•3 to 5 years of experience in commercial banking or the financial industry.
•Proficient knowledge of commercial loans, leases, and dealer floor plan processes.
•Demonstrated professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with strong customer service ability.
•Ability to review legal documentation to validate and process requested adjustments, with thorough compliance of SBA operational policies.
