•Create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving client needs quickly and effectively.
•Educate guests and staff on ALO products, community, and culture, including product knowledge and care.
•Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency.
•Maintain store operations by supporting sales floor coverage, processing shipments/product flow, and executing front- and back-of-house procedures per company policies.
