Job Summary

Serve as the direct customer liaison to install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment. Deliver Tier I service independently, execute preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot using structured methods plus digital analytics. Use data analytics and basic AI/ML concepts to monitor equipment health, predict failures, and improve uptime and service quality. Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams while following safety and compliance requirements.

•Perform standard service activities through Tier I independently and support Tier II with guidance.
•Execute routine preventive maintenance, complete repairs, and verify operational performance against specifications.
•Use data analytics tools and dashboards to monitor equipment health, predict failures, and optimize performance.
•Diagnose and resolve technical issues using structured methodologies, documentation, and test equipment, escalating complex problems as needed.
•Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams, document learnings, and improve uptime, efficiency, and service quality while following safety procedures.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
•2–4 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, manufacturing, or related field.
•Exposure to data analytics tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or JMP.
•Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or experience in data-driven projects.
•Ability to interpret equipment data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
