Job Summary

Lead a high-performing 1st shift production team in Cheshire, managing 15–20 employees to consistently meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee execution of schedule and cost, including workforce planning and forecasting, hiring and training, time and attendance tracking, and area layout and flow management.
•Lead a team to plan, organize, and direct production flow so products meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
•Maintain a safe work environment, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and participate in safety improvement projects.
•Coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
•Measure success by meeting/exceeding cost, quality, delivery, and safety goals and implementing continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
•Demonstrated management experience covering workforce planning and forecasting, employee hiring and training, time and attendance tracking, and area layout and flow management.
•Experience with capital identification and control of overhead expenses and ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
•Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, and performance management.
•Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and SAP, plus U.S. citizenship is required.
