Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading production or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • •Experience leading and developing frontline leaders (Team Leaders, Supervisors, or Shift Leaders).
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, operational metrics, and performance management processes.
  • •Demonstrated experience using production data, reporting, and analytics to drive operational improvements and business decisions.
