Key Responsibilities

•Drive consistent, predictable outbound volume by strengthening sequencing, enrichment, and data quality behind it.
•Pressure-test the tooling and determine where tools should be kept or swapped (HubSpot, Clay, FINTRX).
•Build and run personalized-at-scale outbound across email and LinkedIn using current tools.
•Write outreach that earns replies and avoids mail-merge formats through automated personalization.
•Own the booked meetings number and report on what’s working, collaborating with Marketing on future motion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•Experience with outbound, growth-focused recruiting or demand generation, able to design and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
•Proficiency with modern outbound stacks (HubSpot, Clay, FINTRX, HeyReach, Smartlead) and willingness to assess and swap tools as needed.
•Ability to write personalized outreach that yields replies and avoids generic mail merges.
•Comfort with owning funnel metrics and reporting on performance to shape future motion.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills to align with Marketing and Recruiting leadership.
