Senior Technical Recruiter (Defense)

As a Technical Recruiter (Defense) at Applied Intuition, you will partner with engineering and program leadership to design and execute hiring strategies for software engineers and other technical talent in the defense unit. You’ll lead high-quality interviews, build defense-adjacent pipelines, leverage AI-driven recruiting tools, and provide data-driven insights to improve funnel health and time-to-fill, all while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
