  • •Assume full responsibility for operation of the Production Department and factory procedures to comply with governmental facility-related regulations.
  • •Organize and staff the Production Department, manage production training programs, and recommend improved training methods.
  • •Complete performance appraisals and conduct appraisal interviews for Production personnel while maintaining discipline per company rules.
  • •Ensure working conditions, safety programs, and appropriate production equipment and supplies.
