Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide world-class client service as the primary point of contact for personal banking and wealth needs for an expat client portfolio.
  • •Build and nurture long-lasting relationships by understanding clients’ financial goals and providing tailored solutions.
  • •Proactively identify wealth needs and develop strategies to increase the value of existing client portfolios for retention and business performance.
  • •Conduct proactive client contact and manage inbound queries while growing new business opportunities through referrals.
  • •Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders (Wealth Managers, Branch, Mortgage, and Commercial Banking colleagues) and support continuous improvement within the team.

  • •Experience working in relevant environments such as retail banking, relationship management, and front office.
