Support compliance through independent Second Line of Defense monitoring and risk evaluation. Conduct risk-based assessments, testing, analysis, and reporting, and use data analysis tools to evaluate controls and identify gaps. Review policies for alignment with banking and securities regulations, document findings in concise management reports, and escalate significant risks. Lead compliance projects when needed, advise stakeholders and Audit, and stay current through ongoing training and education.
