Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the main technical adviser on site for subcontractors, contractors, and site team, ensuring work follows K&A specifications and QC procedures.
  • •Process and review daily site information including submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings; forward RFIs and manage approvals.
  • •Conduct site inspections to confirm work is carried out per approved shop drawings and K&A standards.
  • •Prepare regular progress reports and supervise the filing and archiving of supervision files.
  • •Support Associate Project Managers and Project Managers with contractor document handling, inspections coordination, correspondence, and monthly contractor payment reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering.
  • •8+ years of experience in an engineering function in a contracting company or a construction supervision function.
  • •Chartered Professional Engineering certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services and international engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English, with strong communication, planning, leadership, attention to detail, and time management skills.
