Job Summary

Lead Scheduler responsible for advanced planning, scheduling, and risk management across large, multi-location construction programs. You’ll develop and implement scheduling strategy, coordinate WBS/CBS development, perform critical path and schedule risk analyses, and produce targeted reports to drive project decisions and performance improvement in Life Science/Chemical and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze deviations from the baseline in the Project Master schedule, highlight bottlenecks or delays, and propose corrective actions.
•Implement project planning/scheduling strategy, plans and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles and expectations.
•Coordinate development and implementation of WBS and CBS in conjunction with Project Lead, Project Cost Engineer and Contractor leads, aligned with Project Execution Plans.
•Support the project team in the implementation of an integrated enterprise-based, cross-functional EPC master schedule program.
•Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress and customized reports.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Experience in scheduling in all phases of the project lifecycle on very large complex construction projects, ideally in Life Science or Chemical sectors (Nuclear, O&G, Power, Industrial & Manufacturing applications welcome).
•Expert experience with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6), plus Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
