Key Responsibilities

  • •Under the direction of the Project Lead, develops, modifies, and reviews drawings to reflect design intent and standards.
  • •Prepare 2D/3D presentations, design drawings, renderings, and architectural documents for Tender and Construction stages.
  • •Collaborate with clients and consultants, participating in project development and presenting ideas clearly.
  • •Develop solutions to technical and design problems following established design standards and assist in scope planning.
  • •Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects and support design/programming tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a qualified Architect with experience in the data centre / construction / architectural industry
  • •Working knowledge of UK building regulations and national standards
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
  • •Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
  • •Develop and manage architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details, following standards and archiving documents as appropriate
