  • •Design and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments, shipping production-ready components from day one.
  • •Build agent intelligence using prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
  • •Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice through deployed, validated, and observable operation in production.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience (6-10 years for senior levels) with at least one production system you can discuss.
  • •Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with willingness to add more.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including explaining prompt failures and changes.
