Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables and manage expectations.
  • •Translate business needs into well-architected Salesforce solutions, including embedding autonomous AI capabilities using Agentforce.
  • •Lead technical design sessions and produce/maintain architectural documentation; use LLMs to review assumptions and simulate edge cases.
  • •Provide oversight and governance for Salesforce projects, including AI-first delivery methodology and acceleration tools.
  • •Manage technical delivery for custom development, integrations, and data migration; perform code reviews and define coding standards to maintain quality.

Key Requirements

  • •9-14 years CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform.
  • •Expert understanding of Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing) and Agentforce architecture.
  • •Understanding of systems architecture for scalable, performance-driven solutions, including AI platforms for scaling/load limits and governor limits.
  • •Strong integration and data migration background (API integration, ETL, authentication patterns like SAML/SSO/OAuth).
