Own the end-to-end program that delivers a stablecoin-powered payments platform and the PAYO Digital Bank initiative, aligning product delivery, go-to-market execution, bank launch readiness, and board-level governance. Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into milestones and weekly actions across commercial, product, and regulatory workstreams. Maintain integrated roadmaps and launch readiness, coordinate GTM and regulatory dependencies, and produce executive/board materials for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain an integrated program plan across product, GTM, regulatory, and bank stand-up workstreams.
•Establish and run program governance (steering committees, working groups, decision logs, risk registers, reporting cadences).
•Translate strategy into milestones and weekly actions across a cross-functional team, driving prioritization on a small senior team.
•Coordinate product launch readiness across discovery, build, pilot, and general availability for stablecoin and bank capabilities.
•Lead GTM execution, bank stand-up planning to charter approval/opening, and board/executive governance including agendas, pre-reads, follow-ups, and executive-grade communications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of experience across consulting, project/program management, and operational roles building something new, including at least 3 years managing complex cross-functional programs across product, commercial, and operational workstreams.
•Deliver programs covering product launches, GTM execution, and operational stand-up in a fast-moving environment.
•Strong working knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and the judgment to choose the right approach.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, including preparing executive and board-level materials like board pre-reads and one-page exec updates.
•Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project (or equivalents).
