  • •Own networking and conference room AV across three offices as a technical domain.
  • •Maintain the company-wide office network health standard, including proactive alerting and multi-ISP failover with no single point of failure.
  • •Deliver office technology projects from design through cutover, ensuring meeting reliability and connectivity.
  • •Convert recurring issues into automation, monitoring, and runbooks after validating changes before they reach production.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of IT experience at a distributed company, resolving complex issues independently as the person teammates escalate to.
  • •Comfort with an escalation rotation, including occasional after-hours or event-day support, plus flexibility for additional on-site support.
  • •Experience with a cloud-managed network stack (Meraki or equivalent), including wireless, VLANs, access points, and multi-ISP failover with resilience-focused design.
  • •Hands-on administration across tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Jira Service Management, and 1Password, plus strong macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS knowledge.
  • •Experience owning and supporting conference room AV at scale (e.g., Zoom Rooms and Neat) and partnering cross-functionally on office technology changes in a regulated environment.
