Key Responsibilities

•Lead the day-to-day execution of M&A transactions including sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory assignments
•Oversee financial analysis, valuation modeling, and transaction structuring to deliver high-quality client outcomes
•Prepare and review client deliverables (pitchbooks, CIMs, management presentations, fairness opinions) and coordinate with legal, accounting, and client teams
•Manage diligence processes and drive deal timelines under tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance
•Supervise and mentor Associates and Analysts, review models and presentations, and allocate workstreams effectively

Key Requirements

•4–8+ years of investment banking experience with relevant FIG exposure
•Strong track record of executing M&A transactions (sell-side and/or buy-side)
•Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction processes
•Understanding of financial institutions
•Demonstrated leadership and client-facing skills
