Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to private clients within the Key Private Client Program, building and expanding end-to-end client relationships through a plan-based approach. Assess client financial wellness needs, gather and document client data, and provide customized recommendations by delivering and referring investment and insurance solutions. Open personal and business accounts, build referral pipelines, partner with branch and line-of-business teams, and ensure compliance through proper documentation and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver client financial wellness recommendations by assessing needs, gathering and documenting client data, and referring investment and insurance solutions.
•Build and manage a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence and prospecting while documenting calling efforts.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and policies, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence business partners and centers of influence.
•Upon hire, obtain FINRA License S6 and S63, FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE), and life and health insurance licenses.
