Key Responsibilities

  • •Create sourcing strategies for Energy, Gas, and Water categories to reduce risk and meet internal demand.
  • •Design strategic sourcing models to optimize value and deliver continuous cost reductions in controllable expenditures.
  • •Present and negotiate high-stakes deals with executive stakeholders while communicating and driving compliance for sourcing strategies.
  • •Perform advanced quantitative and business process analyses to identify financial impacts, cost improvements, and performance outcomes.
  • •Manage supplier SLAs and KPIs, execute cost-reduction projects, and create/maintain contracts in collaboration with legal while ensuring supplier performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree with 4+ years, OR bachelor’s with 6+ years, OR 10+ years in areas including engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, operations, supply chain management, or material cost control.
  • •1+ years working with large capital equipment procurement.
  • •Experience in power generation (turbines or generator sets).
  • •Ability to read technical drawings and work with engineering BOMs.
  • •Strong technical skills with tools such as MS Office Suite, SQL, and PowerBI, plus experience with technical procurement or manufacturing.
