Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a client development strategy using data insights and client feedback across Women, Men and Lifestyle Universes.
  • •Oversee client action plans with client development experts and métier partners, and map client journeys by segment/métier for long-term strategy.
  • •Partner with Maison and Watch métiers experts to identify client opportunities and align on bespoke client experiences.
  • •Collaborate with Learning & Development and Merchandising to identify training opportunities and build selling ceremony/client experience modules.
  • •Partner with CRM, Digital Analytics, and BI to analyze customer behavior, define cross-channel initiatives (including event participation), and monitor competitive activity to form response strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 173,432.42 - 204,968.58
