Senior Cost Control Manager – Data Center Construction

Serve as the key day-to-day client interface for a large-scale data center construction program, providing cost management with a strong focus on change management, cost control, and commercial governance. Lead change identification, evaluation, documentation, and approvals; negotiate and validate change orders; and produce detailed cost analyses and monthly reporting. Partner with the design team and general contractor to support estimates, funding updates, value engineering, variance analysis, and final closeout.
