Build and guide the architecture for Unity Ads’ distributed infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficient operations. Own and operate infrastructure services with on-call coverage and deep debugging for complex production issues. Improve observability, resiliency, and automation, support engineering onboarding to platform-managed services, and mentor engineers through design and code reviews while advising leadership on long-term platform direction.
