Own end-to-end design, deployment, and scale-up of digital RCM training solutions across new-hire, lateral, and leadership programs. Strategize and govern training effectiveness to meet business metrics, client SLAs, compliance standards, and employee development goals. Lead and mentor RCM trainers and content teams, digitize learning (e-learning, microlearning, scenarios), implement LMS delivery (preferably Workday LMS), and measure ROI using Kirkpatrick and Phillips models.
