Job Summary

Join the OT Cybersecurity team to protect critical infrastructures from cyber threats. Lead and oversee cybersecurity projects for operational technology systems, assess OT security programs against frameworks and regulations, and run vulnerability/risk assessments. Implement and evaluate security measures, manage OT incident response, and deliver penetration testing. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and mentor a task force to build long-term OT security expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee OT cybersecurity projects for operational technology systems in critical infrastructures.
•Assess OT cybersecurity programs (standards, policies, plans, and procedures) and recommend changes to comply with frameworks, standards, and regulations.
•Perform vulnerability and risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.
•Implement security measures to safeguard OT environments and respond to/manage cybersecurity incidents.
•Lead and deliver penetration testing for critical infrastructures while mentoring the OT task force.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (Master’s in Cybersecurity is a plus).
•6+ years of experience.
•Certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, GRID, or GIAC (Certified ISA Expert is a plus).
•Deep understanding of securing industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, DCS, and PLC environments.
•Proficiency in industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, DNP3) with experience on common OT platforms.
