Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive development and industrialization of complex optics, improving output, cycle time, and labor hours in the Wilton factory.
  • •Understand product technical/business requirements, manufacturing complexities, and system-level applications, then translate them into integrated project plans.
  • •Generate product key metrics estimates (cycle time, yield, labor hours) by blending data and cross-functional team experience.
  • •Provide routine formal risk analyses and help requests to ensure timely delivery of quality products and manage project triple constraints (time, resources, scope).
  • •Function as a business partner to the WF Assy team by facilitating information flow and rollout of new initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of work experience in a high-tech, production environment.
  • •2+ years of project management experience.
  • •Ability to create project plans integrating facility, equipment/tooling, and resource constraints, including handling potential containments/solutions.
  • •Intermediate-to-advanced computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint) and experience navigating ERP systems and informational databases.
