Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate BIM MEP models, managing conflicts and resolving interferences using Navisworks Manage.
•Implement and maintain project BIM standards (BEP, EIR, LOI/LOD).
•Configure, audit and optimize Revit MEP models: templates, families, shared parameters and QC.
•Manage Common Data Environments (ACC): version control, workflows, approvals and permissions.
•Prepare and lead coordination sessions, control incidents, prioritize actions and ensure follow-up to resolution; mentor junior modelers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Building) or Architecture; >5 years total experience and >3 years in BIM MEP coordination on mid-to-large scale projects.
•Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.
•Experience with Common Data Environments (ACC/Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360): document management, workflows, permissions.
•Knowledge of ISO 19650, LOI/LOD, BEP, EIR and open formats (IFC/COBie).
•Strong leadership, clear communication, and ability to manage priorities in agile environments; fluent in English.
