Key Responsibilities

  • •Strengthen HSBC’s image as a leading provider of wealth solutions by delivering advanced technical product expertise to clients.
  • •Support Relationship Managers to increase client confidence and improve coverage, effectiveness, and quality of needs for target clients.
  • •Assist RMs in identifying client needs, matching relevant wealth solutions, analyzing technical details, and helping present/explain solutions to clients.
  • •Conduct portfolio reviews with RMs to assess product suitability and the impact of market/regulatory changes, identifying opportunities and managing risks.
  • •Accompany RMs in 3–5 daily client meetings, providing technical guidance and acting as a second point of contact for specific products/solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •At least one year of work experience as a product specialist or financial advisor.
  • •Strong customer service skills to deliver need-based solutions and a standout client experience.
  • •Deep knowledge of complex financial products and related financial markets, socio-economic dynamics, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • •Proven ability to identify clients’ needs and manage a consultative sales process.
