Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore-based Operations Managers.
  • •Solve complex technical problems through hands-on work at the work site.
  • •Prepare, document, and manage outbound and inbound equipment/products logistics for work site delivery and return.
  • •Support tenders with data analysis and cost estimates, including performing invoicing activities.
  • •Participate in job shadowing to develop a holistic understanding of the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduated or finishing graduation in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (all fields), Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar within the last 36 months.

  • •Interest in offshore routine.
  • •Good interpersonal skills with aptitude for teamwork and ability to guide others; strong leadership, critical thinking, numerical skills, and data analysis/project management abilities.
