Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide cybersecurity expertise to Field Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success on security inquiries, questionnaires, and audits
  • •Lead customer security audits in EMEA and present evidence of security controls
  • •Facilitate customer security assessments and demonstrate how security aligns with customer expectations and contractual commitments
  • •Represent Splunk security in customer meetings and manage feedback/observations with partners to drive resolution
  • •Develop customer-facing documentation for security controls and maintain knowledge of Splunk products and security information, while driving process improvement and automation

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors +7 years, or Masters +4 years, or PhD +1 year of related experience
  • •Functional knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and security compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 27018, SOC 1/SSAE 18, SOC 2, GDPR, DORA, NIS2, NIST CSF, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, COBIT, CSA CCM)
  • •Good understanding of cloud security principles
  • •Experience across incident response, networking, vulnerability management, pen-testing, and security architecture
  • •Customer-focused communication and the ability to guide/mentor Customer Trust team members
