Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and grow ICs, including hiring, performance, and career development for the organization.
  • •Own operational excellence across observability standards, on-call structure, incident response, and SLA/SLO management.
  • •Drive production readiness through Production Readiness Reviews (PRR).
  • •Own the infrastructure roadmap and execution balancing reliability work with developer productivity investments.
  • •Partner with Product Engineering, Security, and Data to ensure infrastructure and tooling decisions enable product delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in engineering management, ideally managing managers or senior ICs across multiple teams.
  • •Direct experience leading infrastructure, platform, or developer-productivity teams supporting a consumer product at scale.
  • •Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tooling.
  • •Comfort operating scalable production systems with high availability and performance requirements.
  • •Experience standing up or scaling developer tooling (CI/CD, testing platforms, internal dev environments) and/or exposure to AI-assisted software development is a plus.
