Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and order parts.
  • •Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Practice safe job practices and maintain accurate paperwork/electronic documentation of daily work performed.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and keep the service vehicle clean and professional.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and assist in training lower-level technicians.

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
