Lead electrical engineering activities for production hardware in the ALEGS program, focusing on RF/analog/digital hardware, circuit card assemblies, and close collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other engineering teams to ensure cost, schedule, and technical integrity throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform testing and debugging of digital, analog and RF hardware and complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
•Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering disciplines to document concurrence and resolve production, testing, and integration issues.
•Provide technical oversight, cost estimation, tracking and reporting, and coordination across teams throughout the product lifecycle.
•Travel less than 10% annually.
•Work on a 3rd shift (11pm-8am) schedule.

Salary: USD 68,900 - 131,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years’ prior relevant experience.
•Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
•Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.
•Ability to obtain interim U.S. government issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
•Experience with production hardware design and testing of circuit card assemblies (CCA) or electronic subsystems.
