Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare weekly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc performance measure reports.
  • •Track and report program and individual performance and present performance and mobility statistics to stakeholders.
  • •Program and/or coordinate enhancements to in-house developed databases and reports, and develop and oversee data collection methods.
  • •Maintain and administer the operator certification program and provide backup Control Room Operator coverage when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Valid drivers’ license in good standing.
  • •High proficiency in all MS Office products.
  • •Strong command of English, including punctuation, sentence structure, and technical editing.
  • •Ability to manage complex record keeping operations (bachelor’s degree majoring in statistics, business administration/management, or related field is preferred).
