Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience directly managing or leading software engineering teams.
  • •Extensive professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack development background.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Deep understanding of identity fundamentals, secure session management, and authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWTs, SAML).
  • •Ability to recruit, coach, and retain engineering talent with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
