Job Summary

Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation workstreams for Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), owning end-to-end design, delivery governance, and adoption of best practices. Drive fit-to-standard workshops, manage PP/QM process harmonization, conversions, and RICEFW impact assessment. Coordinate cross-module teams across Plan-to-Produce and Quality-to-Release, lead unit/SIT/UAT testing and cutover planning, and provide go-live/hypercare support using SAP Activate methodology.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead PP and QM workstreams in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition).
•Own end-to-end Plan-to-Produce, production execution, and quality processes, serving as the primary escalation point for PP/QM topics.
•Drive PP and QM solution design and hands-on configuration (e.g., SAP PP demand management, MRP, BOMs, routings; SAP QM inspection planning and results/usage decisions).
•Lead fit-to-standard workshops, process harmonization, manage custom code (RICEFW) impacts, and oversee manufacturing/quality master data conversion and validation.
•Lead testing (unit testing, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, cutover planning, and go-live/hypercare support; ensure SAP Activate methodology adherence and mentor PP/QM consultants with knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

•10–12+ years of SAP experience with hands-on SAP PP (discrete and/or process manufacturing) and SAP QM.
•Lead responsibility for at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects focused on PP/QM.
•Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes, including S/4HANA MRP and production execution simplifications.
•Experience with QM integration with MM and PP, including batch management, serial numbers, and inspection lot processing.
•Ability to lead delivery in large SAP programs with strong stakeholder management and global onshore–offshore delivery experience.
