Autobody Manager (2nd Shift)

Supervise a team of hourly associates in Carvana’s Inspection Center, managing the flow of vehicles into and out of the reconditioning process while meeting production, inventory, and quality targets. Oversee day-to-day performance, coach and develop team members, prevent and resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to policies and standards. Review mechanical and physical defects, lead repairs or rejections with the General Manager, and train associates using Quality Control standards to reduce re-work and delays.
