Job Summary

Lead and manage execution of a DoD task order, supporting program delivery through monthly In-Progress Reviews, metrics, and staff-count reporting. Ensure compliance with DoD cyber workforce certification requirements, oversee COOP and contingency response within the NCR, and coordinate upgrades to minimize service impact. Manage SOP/O&M documentation, change control (including CAB), and incident/outage communications with timely executive summaries and after-action reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and participate in Monthly In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), including status updates, schedule, achievements, metrics, and onboarding staff count.
•Ensure Cyber Workforce personnel compliance with DoD 8570.01-M and/or DoD 8140 baseline certification requirements and report compliance.
•Coordinate upgrades with technical leadership to minimize service impact, while managing continuity of operations (COOP) and contingency response within the NCR.
•Create and maintain SOP, O&M, and transition documentation for government review/approval, and provide meeting minutes and presentation support when requested.
•Manage incident/outage response and escalation: coordinate with stakeholders, track break-fix and O&M through incident/configuration processes, and deliver EXSUM and AAR reporting; use CAB for major changes and deployments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Management Information Systems.
•Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level III PM Certification.
•Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification.
•5+ years of documented experience in a similar role, including planning, directing, and managing a complex IT operation and supervising employees.
•Minimum Top-Secret clearance and ability to obtain Security+; must possess DoD 8570.01-M/DoD 8140 certification prior to start.
