Job Summary

Lead services-led customer engagements from discovery through contract signature, owning services strategy, solution design, and commercial execution. Drive consultative, outcome-based value propositions for managed services and digital/IT workplace transformation opportunities. Build and forecast a strategic pipeline tied to TCV, win rate, deal quality, and clean handover to delivery teams. Collaborate across presales, legal, finance, cybersecurity, and delivery stakeholders to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead services-led opportunities end-to-end across pre-RFP and formal sales motions, from early discovery through contract signature and structured handover to delivery teams.
•Drive outcome-based value propositions aligned to customer strategies and business priorities, engaging senior IT and business decision makers.
•Build, forecast, and advance a high-quality pipeline of strategic services opportunities measured on TCV, pipeline creation, win rate, deal quality, and clean handover.
•Translate customer needs into integrated services solutions across lifecycle management, digital experience, and ongoing monitoring of end user computing environments.
•Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations, applying negotiation guardrails and managing contractual risk to ensure correct deal structures, pricing, scope, and contractual language.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (four-year) or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, managed services, outsourcing sales, and/or IT services delivery.
•Broad understanding of workplace IT, end user computing, digital experience, asset lifecycle, and IT operations.
•Strong storytelling, presentation, and ROI/business case development skills.
•Proven success leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder services deals with strong contract structuring, negotiation, and risk management.
