Job Summary

Coordinate day-to-day production operations for the Warner Theatre, supporting the production department and venue with scheduling, show flash (P&L) distribution, staffing, and interdepartmental communication. Maintain manuals, inventory, maintenance logs, vendor records, and shared-drive filing for past shows. Oversee safe operation of stage, sound, lighting, backline, and video systems, and assist the Production Manager and GM with technical and hospitality details.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure a positive, creative production environment for the department and venue.
•Complete and distribute a daily show flash (P&L) for every event.
•Maintain department manuals and training materials, and train/support production personnel as needed.
•Create and maintain show schedules and coordinate staffing with the Production Manager while tracking labor costs.
•Oversee maintenance and safe operation of stage, sound, lighting, backline, and video systems; manage records (inventory, maintenance logs, and vendor records).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.8 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

•Prior production experience in an entertainment venue.
•Tour and stage production experience.
•Understanding of stage lighting, pro audio systems, and video systems.
•Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and make clear decisions with limited information.
•Computer literate in Windows applications (Excel and Word a must).
