Job Summary

Join our luxury retail team as an Associate Manager, driving exceptional client experiences and sales at a TUMI store. Lead with initiative, coach teammates, and uphold brand standards while achieving store KPIs and delivering world-class service in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
•Display a good sense of initiative, able to plan and prioritize, display strategic thinking, and champion change in an effective manner.
•Training and Developing: Help teach others training content through consistent roleplay and coaching. Demonstrate an openness to new ideas and concepts while quickly learning and applying to the job. Monitor and assist the Store Manager with the training and development for store associates.
•Coaching and Feedback: Clearly articulate strengths, goals and opportunities. Show critical thinking capabilities and is solution oriented.
•Promote the organization’s business goals and adapt flexibly to change while collaborating effectively with the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 20 hourly
