Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts and diagnose issues using real-time data.
  • •Practice safe job practices when repairing equipment.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete, timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer job sites when required and keep the service vehicle clean and professional.
