  • •Oversee IT service delivery using ServiceNow, including disaster recovery planning, IT audits, and compliance with SOX/ITAR and other regulatory standards.
  • •Manage budgets and forecasts to meet financial targets across the zone; influence budgeting, forecasting, and spending for IT infrastructure.
  • •Lead small to mid-sized infrastructure initiatives as a ‘Citizen PM’ or own a workstream in larger global initiatives.
  • •Lead and develop a Zone-level IT team across multiple sites; oversee vendor relationships and mentor teams in customer engagement; travel on call as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Seven (7) years of relevant IT leadership experience.
  • •Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR.
  • •Working knowledge of IT infrastructure including PCs, network, servers, storage, and phone systems.
  • •IT Service Management experience using ServiceNow; knowledge of ITIL asset, incident, request fulfillment, problem, and change management. (Preferred: ITIL Foundations certification)
