Job Summary

Support USAA members by selling and servicing Property & Casualty personal lines products. Work in a contact-center environment handling inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social channels. Use developing knowledge to prepare quotes, bind new business, and manage policy and billing changes while diagnosing issues and minimizing escalations. Complete a fully paid six-month training program, then work offsite 2 days per week.

•Handle member inquiries and maximize Property & Casualty sales by identifying cross-selling opportunities and providing exceptional service across communication channels.
•Prepare foundational to moderately complex quotes, bind new business, and support policy, billing, underwriting, and premium change activities for insurance products.
•Identify and assess member needs and provide complete, accurate advice and solutions while minimizing transfers, escalations, and call backs.
•Operate in a contact center environment and navigate multiple systems/programs while maintaining member engagement across multiple channels.
•Maintain required Property & Casualty (P&C) licenses and state registrations and follow risk and compliance policies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED equivalent.
•Currently ACTIVE Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in your state of residence (or state of hire), with ability to acquire additional licenses as needed.
•1 year of customer service experience in insurance, financial services, and/or relevant direct customer service and/or sales experience.
•Ability to prioritize and multitask while navigating multiple business applications.
