Own a book of business and retain/grow customers through consultative sales for Property Finder’s technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions. Learn the solution portfolio, qualify new prospects with Sales Development Reps, and negotiate proposals and contracts. Use Salesforce CRM to record activities and forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue. Collaborate across teams to ensure timely fulfillment while delivering coaching, training, and exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities

•Become an expert on the Property Finder solution portfolio.
•Sell technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions to new real estate brokerages.
•Identify prospect needs, match solutions using a consultative approach, and prepare/present business proposals.
•Record opportunities and activities in Salesforce CRM and forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue.
•Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through consistent support and consultation; negotiate contracts and close agreements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or science.
•2–3 years of professional sales experience in a SaaS or subscription environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and predictable forecasting.
•Fluency in English and Arabic.
•Ability to talk to key decision makers; assertive, influential, and highly motivated in a target-driven environment.
•Strong organizational skills and experience using CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
