Key Responsibilities

•Participate in the delivery of regular high-quality releases of Survey123 and related field apps that address real user needs
•Work closely with developers, designers, and other product engineers to help define, build, and validate product functionality, workflows, and user experience
•Routinely test software and mobile applications to ensure both development goals and real-world use cases are met
•Contribute to understanding and shaping user workflows, translating field requirements into effective product behavior and user experience
•Identify gaps in functionality or workflow and provide input into product improvements and feature prioritization

Key Requirements

•2+ years of GIS experience in a scientific or engineering environment
•Familiarity with the ArcGIS ecosystem, using products such as Survey123, QuickCapture, Field Maps, ArcGIS Online, or ArcGIS Enterprise
•Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, GIS, or related field
•Existing work authorization for Australia
•Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows) and their capabilities/limitations
