Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare MEP 3D Revit models in LOD-350/400/500 and produce detailed engineering designs and construction drawings.
  • •Coordinate BIM models with other MEP services, architectural, and structural models.
  • •Perform clash detection and clash resolution and support design teams with specialist support for analysis/design models.
  • •Create parametric Revit families and Dynamo scripts; develop 3D and 4D visualisations for design and bid teams.
  • •Prepare quantities for Bills of Quantities (BoQs) from the 3D model.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of production experience in design, drafting, and engineering with significant experience in a similar role.
  • •Hands-on experience preparing MEP 3D Revit models (LOD-350/400/500) and producing construction drawings.
  • •Strong capability with REVIT MEP and AutoCAD (2D and 3D), plus Navisworks and Dynamo script.
  • •Ability to coordinate models across MEP, Architectural, and Structural services, including clash detection and resolution.
  • •Good English communication skills and ability to plan and manage workload; engineering/diploma in mechanical engineering preferred.
