Drive revenue growth and maximize customer lifetime value by converting VIP outreach into measurable sales. Partner with the Customer Strategy team to translate fashion trends into personalized outreach, manage a client book, and exceed conversion and performance metrics through private styling appointments and end-to-end client follow-up. Use email, SMS, CRM/clienteling tools, and customer insights to refine strategy and stay ahead of cultural and fashion trends across social platforms.

•Convert VIP outreach into measurable revenue using proactive, personalized targeted communication to deepen brand loyalty.
•Maximize styling appointment volume and conversion rates by scheduling appointments, curating inventory pulls, and managing end-to-end client follow-up.
•Analyze client profiles using deep product knowledge to style clients and drive incremental orders.
•Translate brand voice and tone into effective customer communication via email and SMS.
•Maintain customer profiles and ensure data accuracy in clienteling tools; support reporting, campaign execution, and program optimization.
