Key Responsibilities

  • •Play an integral role on a small Platform Integration team.
  • •Lead system-level debug when issues cross subsystem boundaries or can’t be isolated by a single team.
  • •Support early integration of new sensor and software component designs by identifying interface requirements, risks, dependencies, and checks.
  • •Design and maintain integration tests, test setups, and procedures to confirm combined subsystems meet requirements and intent.
  • •Create tools, checks, and debug guidance used by Manufacturing Integration, Validation, Field Service, and Fleet Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience building software for robotics, autonomous vehicles, or other complex mechatronics systems.
  • •Experience with ROS/ROS2 or other robotics middleware.
  • •Strong Python and C++ experience, writing reliable and performant code.
  • •Experience working with large codebases and understanding/debugging source code.
  • •Comfortable with OS concepts, software performance, and networking; plus familiarity with source control and build automation tools like Git and Jenkins.
